Booking a stall at the festival

Bookings are now closed for this year’s event

The Droitwich Festival was first set up in 2013 and after only 4 years has become a leading foodie festival in the Midlands with over 100 exhibitors and an estimated 15,000 visitors. There is room for a maximum of 130 stall holders including local pubs and businesses that actively take part.

When booking, it is important to remember that the organisers limit the number of similar products by using categories and they make every effort to ensure each Food Festival is as diverse and unique as possible.

We particularly welcome booking applications from “local” quality producers of food & drink or related products – within a 30 mile radius of Droitwich Spa. We also appreciate the continuing support of those stall holders who return to each event and give us such positive feedback.

If you have not received a newsletter from us for this year’s event and are interested in exhibiting, please do not hesitate to contact us at the details below. Please include details such as the products you wish to exhibit, a website address and where you are based.

All applications for bookings will be considered and will be accepted entirely at the discretion of the Food and Drink Festival organisers whose decision is final. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent to you along with an invoice advising how you can make payment.
